We are High Fidelity Properties

High Fidelity Properties is a real estate investment and property management company created in April 2011. We manage properties for clients with real estate in Austin, TX and surrounding areas, one of the fastest growing cities in the US. But you don’t have to live here! We have clients from all over the world who have seen the benefits of investing in Austin. We focus on single family homes, duplexes, some 4-plexes and apartment complexes up to 10 units. We take care of the following for our clients: leasing their investment property, collecting rent, handling repairs and tracking income & expenses.

Just some of our many testimonials from happy clients and tenants

Abigail was a huge help to us in taking care of our house when we weren’t able to move in right away, and then she also took care of getting it rented out for us until we could move in.  Very responsive, supportive, and knowledgeable..easy to work with, lovely person. Would highly recommend her and her company.

Abigail and High Fidelity are a well-oiled machine. While I’m more of a “don’t sweat the small stuff” personality, I will concede that you WANT a property manager that sweats the small stuff. Abigail and her team are extremely detail oriented, which you’ll pick up the first time you speak with her. Small facts or issues don’t fall through the cracks.

We worked with High Fidelity Properties, who managed our rental investment and later sold that rental property for us – Full service – arranging repairs, dealing with tenants and HOA, or just providing the basics of timely monthly reports – all good.  In all situations Abigail and her staff delivered professional and thorough service that we appreciated from our long distance relationship.
